Noeline is Artistic Director of innovative performance and spectacle company Macnas, based in Galway, Ireland. Drawn to narrative and creating performances that are character driven, Macnas theatrically inhabit and visually transform streetscapes, landscapes and sites, creating exhilarating experiences for audiences nationally and internationally.

An influential figure in the outdoor arts and theatre sector, Noeline has also been engaged as director and performance director for Welfare State International, Liverpool Lantern Company, Rough Magic Theatre Company, The National Theatre of Ireland, Druid Theatre Company, Woodford Folk Festival, Els Comediants, Theatre du Soleil (internship), Carlow Youth Theatre and Fatima Mansions.
