A stella lead-parade piece for this year’s Pride
One of the highlights of the annual Pride weekend is their Saturday parade through the city centre. Each year the parade has a different theme and for 2019 'Out of this world' will no doubt draw on many inter-galactic points of reference, not least because this is the 50th anniversary of the Moon landings.
The focus of our brief is to make a big visual statement at the very front of the parade with a troupe of paraders who, this year, will be kitted out in an array of space-themed costumes. As usual, we also like to animate the parade with some choreography, so watch out for some mass movement, synchronised fun from our stella team of star troupers.
"It's great to be working with Manchester Pride on this flagship event in their calendar to create a show stopping lead parade piece. Once again with we're working with artists and choreographers to create something that will be a fun and engaging scene setter for the rest of the parade." Ben Turner, Project Manager
