Manchester Day 2019 Creations Stations – when and where to make your hat

Coming to Manchester Day this year?

Then get ahead and get a hat!

Here’s when and where you can make your hat for Manchester Day 2019.

This year we’re setting up FREE Creation Stations around Manchester in the run up to Manchester Day so that you can get creative and make a fantastic hat.

At 5pm on Manchester Day we’ll be staging a People’s Procession where all our fantastic hat makers can take part in a hat parade from St Ann’s Square to Cathedral Gardens.

Each Creation Station will provide a host of environmentally-friendly hat-making materials and there’ll be experts on hand to provide artistic and practical support.

CREATION STATIONS will be open from Saturday 15 June right up to Manchester Day in the following locations.

And if you can’t make it to any of these, there’ll be a Creation Station open on the day in St Ann’s Square.

Here’s a list of Creation Stations around the city:

  • Abraham Moss Library –Saturday 15 June, 2-3pm
  • North City Library – Saturday 15 June, 2-3pm
