Purchase Ledger/Finance Assistant (Part Time)

Job Description

Hours: 10hours per week (split across 2/3 days between 9-5pm, Monday to Friday to suit applicant)

Term: 6 months (initially with possible extension)

Walk the Plank are looking for a new member to join our Central Support team, (initially for six months with possible extension) – working closely with the Finance Manager and Company Administrator. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to pick up new IT systems quickly and able to ask relevant questions.

Duties will include: Using Xero Accounts software: imputing, coding and matching high levels of invoices, petty cash and expense claims and processing purchase invoices. Handling basic invoice queries via email or phone, assisting the Finance Manager where needed.
